Lawful use and product information

Use this website only for lawful shopping and communication. Product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are prepared carefully, but packaging, display colors, or minor presentation details may vary reasonably.

Orders, charges, and fulfillment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit, or cancel it for inventory, payment, address, fraud, error, or policy reasons. Prices, taxes, authorization, and shipping follow checkout and the linked policies.

Returns and exchanges

Both defective and eligible non-defective returns are accepted, as are exchanges. New merchandise qualifies; a non-defective return must be unused and in original condition. Request approval within 30 calendar days after delivery, then mail the item with the free prepaid label included in the package and the confirmed return instructions. No restocking fee applies. We initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days, with later provider posting possible. See the Refund Policy.
